How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
The application of a red tag to the tank's fill pipe identifies an ineligible underground storage tank. Deliveries to these tanks are prohibited. The Department maintains a list of all petroleum underground storage tanks that are classified as ineligible for delivery, deposit, or acceptance of a regulated petroleum substance.
