How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
Annual registration is required. Certificate of registration and compliance should be posted in a conspicuous location, and registered facilities are posted on the Web (see link below). Delivery of regulated substances to unregistered facilities is prohibited and subject to penalties if performed.
