Submitting an ER3 Sustainability Project at Redevelopment Sites

The Sustainability Projects form requests EPA's Environmentally Responsible Redevelopment and Reuse(ER3) staff to review your proposal regarding incorporating sustainability principals in the redevelopment of a site. Complete the form as much as possible so that the ER3 staff are better equipped to identify incentives and other areas of assistance.

This form is provided for the convenience of those who wish to propose project ideas. Use of this form is voluntary.

The ER3 staff will review the submitted information and then contact the submitter regarding the proposal.

Description of Submission Form

The ER3 Sustainability Project at Redevelopment Sites submission form requests the following type of information:

Part I: General Information

Name, organization, contact information (phone, address, email). All fields are mandatory.

Part II: Description of Project

Mandatory fields include, but are not limited to: site name and address, former or current site use, major contaminants, media affected, enforcement activity, and future development and reuse.

Non-mandatory fields include, but are not limited to: EPA ID number, EPA Region, natural features, remedy information, and barriers to redevelopment.
