Partner Profile CEPM currently houses EPA's Southeast Regional Environmental Finance Center and has years of experience providing training and technical assistance to individuals and agencies who are engaged in reuse and redevelopment of contaminated and previously contaminated property. CEPM's areas of expertise include environmental finance, brownfields redevelopment, environmental insurance, historic preservation, smart growth, construction debris and household recycling, green building, risk reduction, and zoning.
