The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) requires that each agency report annually to Congress on the results of its activities in each fiscal year. The GPRA - Goal Five (PDF) (231K, 4 pages, About PDF) charts present the targets and actual performance results for key compliance and enforcement activities. In FY2005, the program demonstrated strong performance, meeting or exceeding its targets for all but two measures.
