HOW TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS FROM THE OFFICE OF AIR AND RADIATION
***************************************************************** The supporting documentation listed in this index is available for public inspection and copying between 8:00 and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays, at the following address: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Air and Radiation Docket and Information Center (6102), 401 M Street SW, Washington, DC 20460; telephone number: (202) 260-7548, FAX (202) 260-4400. The docket is located at the above address in Room M-1500, Waterside Mall (ground floor). Documents may be requested by mail, fax, or telephone. When requesting documents, please provide the docket and item number. The e-mail address for the Air & Radiation Docket and Information Center is a-and-r-docket@epamail.epa.gov. Photocopying fees for the public are set by EPA interim policy directed by the Agency's Freedom of Information (FOI) Office. Under this policy the photocopying fee is $0.15 per page, and no fee will be charged if the total fee is under $25.00. The first 266 pages are free. However, if more than 266 pages are copied an additional photo duplication free of $25.00 plus $0.15 for each page starting with page 267 is charged.
