EPCRA Workshops
EPA New England will be conducting Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) Compliance Assistance Workshops throughout New England during December 2009, January 2010 and February 2010. These free Tier II workshops are opportunities to learn about your facility's planning and reporting obligations under EPCRA. We hope you will take advantage of these opportunities to understand how the State and your Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) can help you with your reporting, planning and prevention requirements under Sections 301-312 of EPCRA. Registration for the workshops by email is required.
