What We Do
We are a customer service organization and our role is to assist
you in getting timely, reliable, and understandable responses to your questions
or comments. If
you call us, and we need to refer your question or issue to another source,
we will do our best to get you to the right place the first time.
Our Customer Call Center can answer questions about everything we do, and will refer you to appropriate staff when necessary
Some environmental programs have been delegated to states and it may be appropriate for you to talk to your state environmental or health agency first. We will assist you in locating them. Some issues may be handled by local (city or county) agencies and we will direct you to the appropriate source.
