The spreadsheet provides the CROMERR electronic document receiving system standards, including regulatory language, regulatory cite, and any applicable explanatory preamble language, in a systems checklist format. The checklist items are broken into five categories (or five 'phases' of the e-reporting process): Registration, Signature Process, Submission Process, Signature Validation, and Creation of the Copy of Record.
