This new release of SPDE Windows
software allows States to enter, or import from pre-existing
Excel spreadsheets, the Sampling Point ID numbers for PWS
covered under the UCMR and to subsequently have SPDE create
the appropriate DTF transactions to insert those Sampling
Points into the UCMR Tables within SDWIS/FED. This new version
of SPDE software completely replaces SPDE 1.0.1
