Methods
Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Regulation 2 (UCMR 2) sampling will occur during 2008 - 2010. This monitoring cycle includes 25 unregulated contaminants and five associated analytical methods.
- Assessment Monitoring, List 1 - EPA Methods 527 and 529 measures 10 contaminants. Even though 527 and 529 are new methods, the analytical techniques employed are commonly used.
- Screening Survey, List 2 - EPA methods 521 and 535 measures 12 contaminants using analytical techniques not commonly used in drinking water analysis. EPA method 525.2 is used for the analysis of the three parent acetanilide compounds.
