This page contains company and facility registration forms and compliance reporting forms and associated instructions for the Reformulated Gasoline (RFG) and Anti-dumping program (40 CFR 80 Subparts D&E). Producers and importers of reformulated gasoline (RBOB or Reformuated Gasoline Blendstock for Oxygenate Blending), conventional gasoline, or applicable blendstocks must fill out and submit these forms to EPA. Some of these forms must be submitted quarterly while others must be submitted annually. See form instructions and/or regulatory references for appropriate submission schedules.
Some of these forms serve programs other than RFG and Anti-dumping. The company and facility registration forms are also used for diesel refiner registration under the diesel sulfur rule (40 CFR 80 Subpart I). The batch report forms have been modified to accommodate some requirements of Tier 2 Gasoline Sulfur reporting (40 CFR 80 Subpart H).

- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a form of reporting which allows for the exchange of information through electronic file standards. The RFG and Anti-dumping EDI program employs the ANSI-X12 standard. Participation in the RFG & Anti-dumping EDI program is limited to registered parties which have a signed Terms and Conditions Memorandum on file. Currently, OTAQ is not accepting new participants in its EDI program, and is exploring alternate electronic reporting methods.
