Schedule

On-site registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in the Pavilion Foyer. Please check in at the registration desk to receive your name badge and meeting materials. The workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in the Pavilion Ballroom and is anticipated to conclude at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2009.

Rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations, call (513) 421-9100. You must mention the “EPA Workshop” in order to receive the group rate of $105.00 plus 17% tax per night (includes both state and local taxes). Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Please secure your hotel reservations as early as possible.

Parking

The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza offers on-premise self-parking for $15.00 per night and valet parking for $21.00 per night for registered guests. Additional off-street parking is available in several garages near the hotel.

Transportation Options for the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

Airport Executive Shuttle: On-call service is provided to hotels and other locations throughout greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Shuttles to downtown Cincinnati and Covington cost approximately $20.00 one-way and $30.00 round-trip. Call 24 hours in advance to guarantee a reservation; walk-up service is also available. Taxi Service: Visit the taxi desk in the baggage claim area of Terminal 3 or use the courtesy phone near the exits of Terminal 2 (dial 3260) to make arrangements. Service is available 24 hours a day. The fare from the airport to downtown Cincinnati is approximately $27.00. Call (859) 767-3260 for more information.

Rental Cars: Courtesy phones are located near the exits in baggage claim areas for your convenience in making rental arrangements. Shuttles are available every 5–10 minutes to take you to the rental company of your choice.

Directions to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza

The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is located on the corner of Fifth and Race Streets. It is one block away from the Cincinnati Convention Center, four blocks from I-75 and three blocks from I-71.

From the North (Michigan, Toledo): Take I-75 South to the Fifth Street exit. Go straight off the exit. The entrance is four blocks up on your right.

From the Northeast (Cleveland, Columbus, Akron, Pittsburgh): Take I-71 South to the Third Street exit. Follow to Race Street and make a right. The hotel is on the right-hand side of Fifth Street and Race Street.

From the South (Lexington, Louisville, Nashville): Take I-75/I-71 North. Crossing the bridge from Kentucky to Ohio, follow I-75 North to the Fifth Street exit. Go straight off the exit. The entrance is four blocks up on your right.

From the West (Indianapolis): Take I-74 East to I-75 South to the Fifth Street exit. Go straight off the exit. The entrance is four blocks up on your right.

From the Airport: Take I-275 East to I-75 North. Crossing the bridge from Kentucky to Ohio, follow I-75 North to the Fifth Street exit. Go straight off the exit. The entrance is four blocks up on your right.
