  • December 6-9, 2009 - SRA 2009 Annual Meeting

  • March 17-19, 2010 - Strengthening Environmental Justice Research and Decision-Making: A Symposium on the Science of Disproportionate Environmental Health Impacts

    ORD's National Center for Environmental Research and National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory, the Office of Environmental Justice, and the Office of Children's Health Protection and Environmental Education are cosponsoring a 2 1/2 day science symposium on disproportionate environmental health impacts, planned for March 2010 at the Washington Convention Center. The primary goal is to lay the foundation for developing analytical tools that federal, state, and local governments can use to better quantify and characterize disproportionate environmental health impacts on minority and low-income populations that may result from their programs, policies, and activities.

  • June 6-11, 2010 - Joint Summer Meeting of the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography and the North American Benthological Society
