• How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
  Annual registration is required.  The certificate of registration should be posted in a conspicuous location at the facility or a copy of the registration certificate must be provided by the facility to each person placing regulated substances into an underground storage tank.  The absence of a valid certificate identifies an ineligible tank.
