• How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
  Annual registration is required. An underground storage tank operating permit should be posted in a conspicuous location. Delivery, storage, or dispensing of regulated substances to unregistered facilities or facilities where an underground storage tank operating permit is not conspicuously displayed is prohibited and subject to a fine.
