Statute - Subtitle I - Regulation Of Underground Storage Tanks
A federal statute is a law passed by the U.S. Congress. The statute which covers underground storage tanks (USTs) is Subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). RCRA has been amended several times since it was first enacted.
