U.S. EPA Technology Transfer Seminars
U.S. EPA's Office of Research and Development conducted a series of technology transfer seminars that provided updated, state-of-the-technology design guidance on nitrogen and phosphorus control at municipal wastewater treatment plants for wastewater utilities, state and EPA permit writers and environmental engineering professionals.
