Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
It’s the legal right of citizens to access releasable government records through the FOIA process. Region 5 Superfund records related to cleanup and land restoration activities are stored and maintained according to the Federal Records Act.
There are several ways to submit a FOIA request for Superfund releasable records. Requests can be submitted by mail, email, fax or online. Written requests may be addressed to:
