Recent water quality standard decisions
- Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Rule
On June 9, 2008 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved a change to Indiana’s water quality standards addressing combined sewer overflows. The change is consistent with EPA’s National Combined Sewer Overflows policy and the Clean Water Act.
