Water Quality Standards - Minnesota

The Water Quality Standards (WQS) program in Minnesota is managed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Other State agencies, such as the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Department of Health, at times work with the MPCA on WQS issues.
