Water Quality Standards - Ohio

The Water Quality Standards (WQS) program in Ohio is managed by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA). Other State agencies such as the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ohio Department of Public Health, as well as other entities such as the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission (ORSANCO), at times work with OEPA on WQS issues.
