National Response Team (NRT)
--The
National Response Team and the Regional Response Teams are the federal
component of the National Response System (NRS). The NRS is the federal
government's mechanism for emergency response to discharges of oil and
releases of chemicals.
Right to Know (RTK NET)--a
network providing free access to numerous databases, text files, and conferences
on the environment, housing, and sustainable development. With the information
available on RTK NET, you can identify specific factories and their environmental
effects; analyze reinvestment by banks in their communities; and assess
people and communities affected.
