WasteWise is flexible. Partners design their own waste reduction programs tailored to their needs.

WasteWise Partners
Partners join to change their practices and track their internal waste reduction efforts, while endorsers help their members, clients, or constituents realize that reducing solid waste makes good business sense. Learn about Partner Support
Partnership requirements:- Within two months of joining the program, new WasteWise partners are required to submit baseline waste reduction data through the WasteWise Re-TRAC reporting system. Baseline data allow organizations to measure their program's progress over time, against where they started.
- In order to maintain active participation, all partners are then asked to report waste reduction data each year. Data submissions help organizations track their efforts and determine how much progress they've made towards their goals.
- Submit baseline data within 60 days of registering
- Report on waste management activities annually
- Commit to:
- Prevent waste (i.e., source reduction)
- Purchase or manufacture recycled content products
- Recycle
