2005 Council Grants:
Girl Scouts of Sunflower Council
Project Title: Linking Girls to the Land in Northwest Kansas
Project Description: Five-day environmental day camps and community service projects that helped natural resources in the community were offered. Camps taught Brownies about conservation, outdoor recreation, wildlife, watershed management and how they play an integral role in the protection of natural resources. The project also increased Girl Scout membership.
