Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information Act , known as FOIA (foy-yah), is one of a number of Sunshine Laws written to open the work and files of the government to the public. The EPA supports the spirit as well as the letter of FOIA and is committed to making its information as freely and easily available to the public as is technically possible.
