Office of the Director

The Immediate Office of the Director is responsible for providing managerial and scientific leadership for the Atlantic Ecology Division. This Office is responsible for planning and administering a mission-oriented research program that includes diverse internal research projects as well as numerous external cooperative or collaborative research efforts. The Atlantic Ecology Division’s main clients include the EPA Program Offices, the EPA regions, and the individual states. The Immediate Office is responsible for ensuring sound experimental design and providing quality assurance and peer review oversight as well as a variety of administrative and technical services, thereby resulting in the delivery of scientifically credible products.

The Office of the Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction of the AED research program.
