AED Wetlands Research
Current wetland research efforts at AED support the EPA’s long-term goal to protect and restore our nation’s wetlands.  Current research efforts include examining stressor‑response relationships and developing assessment methods and indicators that can be applied across US wetlands to set criteria for identifying/restoring impaired wetlands and maintaining the provision of ecosystem services (e.g., wildlife habitat value, water quality maintenance, and flood abatement).
