About Report Pages

What are report pages?

AirData displays reports in sections, or pages, that are small enough for a Web browser to handle easily. Some AirData reports can have thousands of rows, and attempting to display that much information as a single Web page can "overwhelm" a browser. Dividing a report into smaller pages allows you to see all the information without causing problems in your browser software. The Lines per Page selection on every report's selection criteria page lets you choose how many rows are displayed on a page.

Report pages are numbered, like pages in a printed document. You can go to the next or previous page, or go directly to any page of a report.

How do I go to another report page?

If a report does not fit entirely in one page, AirData displays a page number at the bottom of each page, and provides buttons for choosing a different page. (Your browser must have JavaScript enabled to use the buttons.)

The page buttons look like this (the background colors, added here for clarity, are not displayed):

Page 1 of 3 Select page:
A B C

A - Previous / Next Page

The left-hand section of buttons shows the current page number and the total number of pages in the report. Two buttons allow you to move sequentially through the report. The previous page button is active on all but the first page of a report. The next page button is active on all but the last page.

B - Select a Page

The middle section lets you go directly to any other page of the report. Choose a page number from the list and click the button.

C - All Pages

The right-hand section allows you to display all rows of the report in a single page. You might choose this option in order to print a report, or if you want the ability to scroll through all the rows. Click the button to display the entire report.

Use this option with care! If the report has more than a few hundred rows, your browser may not be able to display the whole report as a single page.
