MICHIGAN COUNTIES BARRY COUNTY/BATTLE CREEK (CALHOUN COUNTY)/BENTON HARBOR (BERRIEN COUNTY/BRANCH COUNTY/CASS COUNTY/GRATIOT COUNTY/HILLSDALE COUNTY/HURON COUNTY/IONIA COUNTY/JACKSON (JACKSON COUNTY)/KALAMAZOO (KALAMAZOO COUNTY/LAPEER COUNTY/LENAWEE COUNTY/MONTCALM (MONTCALM COUNTY)/SANILAC COUNTY/SHIAWASSEE COUNTY/ST. JOSEPH COUNTY/TUSCOLA COUNTY/VAN BUREN COUNTY/LANSING-EAST LANSING (CLINTON COUNTY, EATON COUNTY, INGHAM COUNTY), MICHIGAN Effective Redesignation Date: 3/15/96 (61 FR 5707, 2/14/96) These areas were originally designated as nonclassified/transitional and incomplete data nonattainment areas. This rule corrects the designation of these areas to attainment/unclassifiable for ozone. As such, no maintenance plan was developed or required for these areas. |
