Summaries of maintenance plans have been developed for areas that are still pending final approval (Cincinnati, OH; Manitowoc County, WI. Like the other maintenance plan summaries, these summaries include the name of the area, the Federal Register notice and date, key features of the maintenance plan for the area, emissions information, the triggers used to initiate contingency measures, what the specific contingency measures entail, a schedule for implementation, and an EPA contact for further information. Files were also prepared containing information from Federal Register notices that redesignated several counties in Michigan, Maine, and New Hampshire from "Incomplete Data" to attainment.
