Instructions:
- Choose a clean air project that captures the imagination of your local citizens and leaders - one that will yield tangible benefits for your community. Select the right project and you'll have no trouble recruiting members to your advisory group.
- Find a sponsor or co-sponsors. They can host lunches, provide copies, schedule meetings, etc.
- Recruit your members. Don't leave out any of the ingredients listed above! Each member brings a unique and valuable flavor that will improve the effectiveness of the group.
- Provide a realistic timetable and an expectation.

- Put project on table, and have all members knead
- Get suggestions for project improvement
- Ask members to volunteer for specific times to work on the project
- Hold meetings to develop, update, and improve your work plan
