Second Prospective Study - Analytical Blueprint, Electronic Copy

The blueprint includes a 211-page main document that describes EPA's plan for conducting the second prospective study and 10 technical appendices which provide in-depth documentation for particular analytical components. In addition, on July 8, 2003 EPA issued revised versions of 22 of the pages in the blueprint as well as a revised set of SAB review charge questions. A redline - strikeout comparison showing the changes made to the charge questions since the May 12 version is also available.
