This "Draft Part 75 Emissions Monitoring Policy Manual" ( PDF 364 pp., 130 MB) incorporates changes prompted by the January 24, 2008 amendments to 40 CFR Part 75 and the conversion of the CAMD data systems to ECMPS. CAMD will take comment on the draft manual until August 31, 2009 . We will post a final version of the manual as soon as any revisions are complete. Please forward all comments to your CAMD regional coordinator or to Louis Nichols ( Nichols.Louis@epa.gov) by e-mail.July 2, 2009
Interim EPA traceability protocols and supporting material for the qualification and certification of elemental and oxidized mercury gas generators are now available under the "emisisons" area of CAMD's website.
