Registration to use ECMPS in 2008 required. Sources must use ECMPS in 2008 to submit initial monitoring plan and certification application data for CAIR SO2. Registration is required. Sources may continue to use the EDR flat file format to submit all other data CAMD to continue to develop functionality for 2009 production release. Release of ECMPS Client Tool tutorials. |

June 2008 September 2008 December 2008 March 2009 Sources using the Client Tool prior to an update would only have to upgrade to a new version of the Client Tool. A complete re-install, in this case, would not be necessary. EPA will provide a list of Client Tool updates with each new release. |
