Part 75 New and Revised Policy Questions/Answers

The following question(s) have been drafted or revised since the October 28, 2003 edition of the Part 75 Emission Monitoring Policy Manual. The following guidance should be used in liue of the version found in the manual. EPA will incorporate these revised questions into the manual as part of the next Policy Manual update.

Revised Questions/Answers
- Question 15.5, Missing Data -- Monitor Data Avaliablity (PDF) (3 pp., 14 K) and Question 15.6, Missing Data Substitution (PDF) (1 pp., 10 K); These policy questions are revised to allow use of a "step-wise" approach (upon approval) for the application of substitute data as an option to the "block" approach previously described by this policy. This policy may be applied to missing data periods beginning with the 1st quarter of 2005. (Date of revision February 23, 2005)
