May 15, 2009 - New pilot area documents are available
EPA is evaluating an approach that could improve the air quality management process. Together with selected state and local environmental management agencies, EPA is exploring the development of comprehensive Air Quality Management Plans (AQMPs). These plans will address the control of multiple pollutants and air related considerations such as land-use, transportation, energy, and climate change.
This site provides information on the progress of the AQMP pilot program.
