On March 26, 1997, counsel for complainant filed a Motion to Stay Administrative Hearing and
Motion for Accelerated Decision on Liability and Penalty in the above-stated case.
Complainant's motion is DENIED as untimely filed. Moreover, complainant fails to establish that
there are no material facts in dispute, or that respondent would be precluded from presenting arguments
against any evidence offered by complainant to establish its prima facie case.
The hearing in this matter, scheduled for April 8-9, 1997, in Chicago, shall proceed.
