Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive overview of regulations on the prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) of air quality. Students will have an opportunity to view five slide/tape presentations and six flipbook/tape presentations on applicability determination, best available control technology analysis, air quality analysis, additional impacts analysis, and agency review. Also included as a reference is a copy of the Workshop Manual used in the Environmental Protection Agency's 1980 PSD workshops, a copy of Title I, Part C of the Clean Air Act (as amended in August 1977), and the EPA PSD regulations as of July 1981. |
