1982-1990 – Senior Scientist - Air Quality, Pennsylvania Power and Light
Air quality permitting studies for new and existing electric generating units including ambient and source monitoring studies.
1990 – 1999 Senior Scientist - Air Quality, GPU/MET ED
Air quality regulatory affairs including scientific research and development relating to air quality impacts of major point sources.
2000 – Present Physical Scientist Administrator, USDOC/NOAA/ARL/ASMD, Research Triangle Park, NC
Management coordination of the NARSTO international research organization including responsibility for the NARSTO Quality Assurance Science Center that provides quality assurance guidance to NARSTO members as well as long term data archiving services. Also, as quality assurance manager for the AMD responsible for providing guidance to the division concerning compliance with EPA/NERL quality assurance requirements.
