Among the accomplishments mentioned in the video are:
- Removal of 3.2 million used tires littering the border;
- The collection of 93,000 pounds of pesticide waste and training over 27,000 farm workers on safe pesticide use, which greatly improve public health;
- Benefiting an estimated 6.7 million residents, the U.S. EPA has invested over $500 million in water and waste water infrastructure along the border;
- Real-time air monitoring web-sites are now available to residents living in San Diego, Tijuana, Imperial Valley, Ciudad Juarez and El Paso.
