2009 Request for Proposals
The Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) and U.S. EPA are soliciting project proposals for the 2009 U.S.- Mexico Border 2012 Program Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposed projects must come from eligible participants and must address U.S.-Mexico Border 2012 priorities, goals and objectives or emerging issues. Eligible participants will be able to submit project proposals directly to the BECC. For more details please refer to the attached RFP.
