Brownfields National Partnership Action Agenda 1995

On January 25, 1995, EPA Administrator Carol Browner announced the Brownfields Action Agenda, outlining EPA's activities and future plans to help States and communities implement and realize the benefits of the Brownfields Initiative. The Agenda is grouped into four categories:

• Brownfields Pilots/Grants
• Clarification of Liability Issues
• Partnerships
• Job Development and Training

This document outlines the specific activities planned under the these four areas and their associated benefits.
