| $500,000 City of Sioux City Loan to Fund Cleanup of Former Livestock Exchange Bank Building |

| On January 5, 2005, the City of Sioux City loaned $500,000 to itself to clean up the Former Livestock Exchange Bank Building property. The loan was provided by Sioux City's 2001 EPA Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) grant. The city will fund asbestos abatement and demolition of the building.
