He will post significant clarifications on the brownfields website http://www.epa.gov/brownfields . This is the only pre-application assistance available. EPA staff will not meet with applicants to discuss draft proposals or provide informal comments on draft proposals. Please note that taking advantage of pre-application assistance from EPA staff does not guarantee selection by the evaluation panel.
