Size of Award	Under CAIR regulations, Connecticut established an energy efficiency/renewable energy set aside at 10 percent of the state's CAIR budget for both phases of the CAIR program. The set aside includes 268 CAIR NOx allowances for 2009 and subsequent ozone-season control periods.
