| Critical Information | The Illinois Clean Energy Foundation provides funding to nonprofit organizations and state and local government agencies serving Illinois Residents. The Foundation provides grants, loans and other financial support, on a competitive basis, in response to proposals submitted by organizations. Eligible projects include installation of model energy efficiency systems not yet widely adopted in Illinois to demonstrate effectiveness in a common type of facility and projects demonstrating market viability for DG. |
