The County of Cape May had an Energy Master Plan prepared in 2008. The plan was accepted as final via Freeholder resolution in 2009. One section of the Master Plan focused on the development of CHP technology at two locations, the Crest Haven Complex and the Court House Complex. The Master Pan indicated that the development of CHP projects would benefit the county both financially and environmentally. | |
