| Partner Profile The City and County of Honolulu has been involved with a landfill gas-to-energy project in Kailua, which has temporarily stopped operations. Requests for proposals are in the process of being issued for two wastewater treatment plants that will include cogeneration utilizing biogas. Honolulu Hale (City Hall) recently had cogeneration equipment installed and is awaiting a new transformer before starting it up. | |
