Partner Profile City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) does not yet have any CHP installed in its service area, but initial studies indicate that there may be several economically viable host sites in the 3 to 5 MW range that would be candidates to become project sites. CPAU believes that CHP is a good approach to meeting a portion of the city's electronic and thermal energy requirements in an environmentally sound manner.
